Our pilot project: 10 homes for a better future
Our first ambition is to develop a carefully governed pilot of 10 compact, high-quality homes. We are exploring suitable, underused land, such as large residential gardens, within Dublin. This initiative aims to demonstrate a viable model for secure, independent living.

Housing Quest brings together homeowners, funders, construction professionals, community partners, and people who need a secure route toward independent living. Our model is designed to be commercially viable, with all profits reinvested into more housing, skills, and opportunity.

This is an early-stage proposal. All planning, legal, funding, tenancy, and safeguarding structures will be independently assessed before any project proceeds. We are committed to transparency, commercial discipline, evidence-led decisions, and a non-discriminatory approach.
